We ordered takeout. Both mustard and pretzel were forgotten in the veal sausages, i.e. two of three ingredients. When we asked from home, we were told that there were no more pretzels at all. That was not mentioned at the time of collection. The bread was missing from the portion of Obatzter. We were offered to pick up the missing bread. Compensation in another form, e.g. a voucher that can be picked up the next day would have been more appropriate if the order had been executed so badly. It should be clear that we are not going straight away so that the third warm meal will be cold before we can eat it.

Attentive service, the names of the dishes are a bit misleading. A swabian pot is something different from what is common

Nice staff, food comes quickly and tastes great. Gladly again! On nice days the beer garden is splendid, very cozy. If you want to sit outside on nice days, a table should be reserved in advance.

Ordered a medium pepper steak. The steak "flew past" the pepper! Hadn't seen or tasted a single peppercorn. The steak was no longer medium but well done. Not recommended for the price of € 20.

In our vacation week, ate very well twice. Once inside, once in the beer garden. Good selection of drinks and food and very friendly staff.

We were there spontaneously for two on Saturday, August 9th, 2020 and wanted to have dinner. I really have to say that we have never been told in such an unfriendly way that no table is free. Strangely enough, there was space for the larger group behind us (which hadn't made a reservation either). Thanks, we won't try again.

Fully satisfied with both the hotel and the restaurant. The food was without exception good, the ambience was very nice (in the hotel and restaurant) and the service was courteous and friendly. The price-performance ratio was also reasonable.

we were there for dinner. Special measures were necessary because of Corona. We were brought to a place. The face mask can be removed from the table. The tables are disinfected. The staff is very nice and attentive. Beer, roast pork and dumplings great. Price-performance ratio absolutely fine.

The best giant schnitzel ever! The meat has a fantastic quality (can also be due to the own butcher shop) and the service is very nice and (if you want) also funny. Recommendation for the next visit: Reßl's giant schnitzel !! (Best for two;))

The meat, just great. The quality of the meat and the way the chef prepares it is with such quality you just have to try. The entourage is in typical bayerische atmosphere and that makes the food taste even better. Even with kids its a joy to visit. All i say is go there!

Very good restaurant with a large selection of tasty typical Bavarian and German dishes. Even if you ate here every day for a week, it wouldn't be boring. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right, if you are in the area, the Herzogstand is absolutely worth a visit.
